With this flexible option, we determine the meeting times based on your schedule. We will have an initial consultation to assess your support needs. one-on-one via zoom or in person per your preference. We will have at least 3 meetings that will be 2.5 hrs long, along with weekly check-ins from the start of class until 2 weeks post-partum.
As a part of the class you will get:
course worksheets, birth support card deck and Birth Advocacy Package
Weekly support check-ins
